Please read these terms carefully before booking with India Escapes. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Booking & Payments
Contract Formation
Your contract begins when we confirm your booking and receive your deposit. A minimum 50% advance is required to confirm reservations, with balance due 15 days before travel.
Payment Methods
Credit/Debit Cards: 3.5-5% gateway fee applies. Wire Transfers: Sender bears all transfer fees. Peak season bookings require full payment upfront.

Travel Arrangements
Transportation
Flight/train tickets require full payment upfront and follow operator policies. No refunds for missed flights due to late check-in.
Accommodation
We may substitute similar standard accommodations when necessary. No refunds for early departures or unused nights.
Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory, covering medical, cancellation, and adventure activities. Provide policy details before travel.
Travel Documents
You're responsible for valid passports, visas, and health certificates. No refunds for denied entry due to improper documentation.
Responsibilities & Liabilities
Acceptance of Risk
You acknowledge adventure travel risks including illness, injury, or death from natural forces, animals, or third-party negligence. Medical services may be limited.
Media Release
We may use trip photos/videos for promotional purposes without compensation. No claims can be made against such usage.
Conduct
We reserve the right to remove disruptive travelers immediately without refund. You're liable for damages caused during the trip.
Purchases
All shopping/purchases during tours are your sole responsibility. We're not liable for any transactions with third parties.
Privacy
Avoid sharing personal information with freelancers (guides/drivers). We're not responsible for issues arising from such sharing.
Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes fall under Shimla (India) courts. By booking, you waive rights to legal action for injuries, losses, or damages during the trip.
